Our service is offered with a "try before you buy" model. You can generate and preview your portfolio for free. Payment is only required when you decide to publish your site and make it live on a public URL.
2. No Refunds
Due to the nature of our digital services, all payments are final and non-refundable. Once a portfolio is published, the service is considered consumed. We encourage you to thoroughly review your portfolio in the live preview before making a payment.
3. Cancellations
Since the service is a one-time payment and not a subscription, there are no recurring charges to cancel. If you choose not to publish your portfolio, no payment is necessary and you are under no further obligation.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases of technical failure where the service is not rendered as described after payment, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and may offer a resolution at our sole discretion.
